So today I and my 2 friends went to Maruzen to see this book.Because I saw it with a friend whose blood is AB, I enjoyed very much. For example, people whose blood type is AB, seem to be stubborn and a romanticist. There are many fulfill things. So you should look your own blood type book and enjoy it!!!

Ganbanyoku

Have you ever heard Ganbanyoku?

I have been there three times.
First I went with my 3 friends when I was a high school student in summer. It was so hot!!But it was so good.
Second and third, I went with my sister recently. The ganbanyoku near our job shop.So we can go at any time. There are many kinds of rooms. Each room is different digrees. We can stay there all the time,so we stayed 4hours last. I had a good time!
And I promised to go there with my friend, so I'm looking forward to going!!

I will tell you good point of Ganbanyoku.
One if you have poor curculation and you don't sweat well, you should go. You may sweat that you have not ever seen. That's interesting and you feel fresh.Gradually you may not suffer from the curculation and so on.
And if you go to Ganbanyoku, you should bring something to drink!! :-D

Now I will tell you yoga.
It is said that yoga gets over your mind and makes you good condition. Because it makes you feel better, it has taken in Asia.Stabilizing your mind and making you be in health is yoga. And it is not only for health but also for diet.It is easy way to exercise to be in health without a burden. I have done it twice, and it was so easy and nice. And do you know wii fit? It is like a yoga. I have not played it, but I heard it is very nice.If you have done it, please tell me your impressions.
